Product Description

Crystal liquid hardener construction technology

1. Base surface treatment
Remove debris, construction waste, paint, coatings, construction rubber, etc. from the floor surface.

Clean the entire floor surface with tap water until there is no fine grit.

2. Ground polishing
Use a grinder to install a 300-grit diamond resin grinding disc, add water and grind it vertically and horizontally 3 to 5 times to remove dust and floating slurry on the floor surface. (The mesh size of the initial grinding disc should be adjusted according to the actual situation on site).

Use a polishing machine to install 500-3000 mesh diamond resin grinding discs, and polish with water 3 to 5 times in the same process until the floor surface is flat and smooth (the number of grinding discs should be adjusted according to the actual situation on site and used selectively). Use a water suction device to absorb sewage.

After the floor surface is dry, you can pour the hardened Crystal Floor liquid onto the ground and sweep it back and forth with a plastic broom to fully penetrate the material.

Keep the floor surface soaked for 40 to 60 minutes. When the material becomes sticky, remove the excess material and spread the remaining food evenly.

To see the bright effect of the floor as soon as possible, polishing is required.

·The process of old flooring and special flooring needs to be adjusted according to the on-site conditions.

Precautions

1. Shake well before use. If it freezes, shake it well before use after it is completely thawed. It will not affect the use effect;
2. Outdoor construction is not suitable in rainy or snowy days;
3. It will be protective after 3 hours of construction and should not be soaked in water within a week;
4. Surrounding items must be protected during application;
5. Construction temperature: above 5ºC.

Security
This product is non-flammable. Do not swallow it. Avoid splashing into your eyes. If it comes into contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately.
