Product Description

YULCHEMI Zinc Plating Spray has the features of easy operation, flexibility, good atomization and high ejection rate. It has good decoration and protection functions for metal, surface-treated glass, wood, ABS plastic and other substrates. The paint film has a strong metal mirror effect like electroplating.

Excellent anti-corrosion protection for steel fabrications, pipework, girders, gates, railings, fences, brackets, staircases, framework, salffolding, pylons, skips, wheels and all exposed metalwork.

APPLICATION:

DIRECTIONS:
Shake can vigorously before and during use.  
Shake can until agitator ball begins to rattle.
Continue shaking for at least one minute after to ensure that all the zinc is in suspension.  Surface must be free from all loose rust, oil, grease and old paint.
Spray with a sweeping motion, holding can no closer than 10 inches from surface.
Coating should be dry to the touch in 15 minutes.
May be painted over after allowing approximately six hours to dry.  
Cures in 24-48 hours. Several thin coats are better than one heavy coat.

Precautions

1. Content under pressure. Keep away from heat, flame, spark and other source of ignition. 

2. Do not spray on objects with direct contact of food.

3. Spray in well-ventilated place. A better coating effect will be gained if operate in a cool, dry and dustless environment.

4. Avoid applying the lacquer on a rainy or freezing day. 

5. Do not clash, puncture, or incinerate the can, even after use.

6. Store in a cool, dry place (45°C); Avoid direct sunlight.

7. Keep out of the reach of children
