Product Description

YULCHEMI EXPANDING FOAM is made of high quality one-component polyurethane material. It has a large expansion capacity, and can be hardened within air moisture.It can be adhere to all building materials and applied to insulating and filling of larger seams, joints, cracks such as gaps between walls, windows and doors, unreachable areas around pipes, etc.

APPLICATIONS:

1. Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames
2. Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities
3. Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction
4. Bonding and mounting
5. Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes
6. Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation
7. Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure

PREPARATIONS:

1. Open the lids of can
2. Tighten the hose flat
3. Shake it up and down for 30 seconds
4. Turn the can upside down, hold the gun and foam, push the valve gently for glue

DIRECTIONS:

1. Spraying water on the surface increase foam expansion
2. Gluing the gap slowly from bottom to top
3. Use blade to remove excess foam after curing
4. Cover the foam with silica gel or cement to prevent uv damage

Q1. Are you manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer of aerosol products, especially in car care products, spray paints, household care products, industrial products, etc.  

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Could be discussed.
Regularly, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. 

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. 
We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide 2-3 samples for free. But as this is aerosol products with pressurized gas, it is  dangerous goods, the courier cost is very high, say about USD 100-200 for 2kg parcels. And the freight cost need to be prepaid by customers.
